Remapping Q-Drive

If QuickBooks will not allow you to access the company files, please follow the steps below to remap your Q drive.

Go to "File" at the bottom bar on you PC. At the bottom find "This PC" and see QB with a RED X. Right click on that and hit "Disconnect this PC".

Then, right click on "This PC and click "Map Network Drive"

Select Q from the "Drive" option
In the Folder option Type \\vmocg2qb1.ocg2.local\qbfiles and click Reconnect at sign-in.

Hit Finish and input users Microsoft credentials. (Note: please make sure to enter your password, a passkey will not work when trying to sign in)
