How To Submit An IT Ticket In Freshservice
Follow the steps below to submit a ticket to the IT department:
- You can submit a ticket by email by creating a new email and addressing it to techsupport@ocgcompanies.com
- You can also submit a ticket using the online freshservice system.

- To put in a help request select "report an issue".
- This will bring up a request form when you can type in what you are requesting and a description of your issue.
- While you are typing in your issue, there will be proposed solutions appear on the side of your screen based on key words.
- You can try clicking on the links to any of these solutions to attempt resolving your issue on your own.

- Simply hit the submit button at the bottom of the screen to submit your ticket.
- If there is specific hardware or service that you want to ask for, you can click on "request a service".

- This will bring up a service catalog so you can select what you want to request.

- Click on the item, software, or service that you need and this will bring you to another page.
- If there are any specification options or additional notes you have about your request, you will be able to enter those on this page.

- Click on the "place request" button and this will submit your ticket.
